The Burgundy Room is hosing a fundraiser happy hour for Success for Kids on Wednesday, May 18 from 6:30 to 10:30 pm.
A donation of $20 at the door will include your first drink and complimentary hors d'oeuvres. There will also be a raffle for a great hotel vacation package.
Success for Kids (SFK) was founded in 2001 to address the urgent need around the world for an intervention program for children whose daily circumstances result in feelings of anguish, hopelessness, and worthlessness that often manifest as adverse behaviors.
SFK is an international non-profit organization and is dedicated to empowering at-risk children and adolescents to become resilient, productive citizens through its unique, research-based programs. SFK enhances four personal strengths (interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, problem-solving skills, and improved self-sufficiency) and give students a greater sense of purpose in their lives.
Since SFK was established in 2001, the organization has provided more than $25 million in direct service program support impacting more than 60,000 children and adolescents worldwide.
The Burgundy Room is located on the second floor at CocoWalk.
