Ticket crazy police department

What's with the police lately? I don't mean the nice ones like Ed Lugo and Izzy, but there seem to be some strange cops in the village lately with chips on their shoulders.

One gave a ticket to a guy waiting for a parking space on Commodore Plaza, the guy was "double parked" according to the cop. He wasn't I witnessed what happened. He was just waiting for a car to leave so he could take the spot.

Another gave a friend a ticket for "excessive horn blowing," when all she did was beep the guy who cut her off in traffic, he was let go, she was ticketed.

A Chamber member stopped at the Arts and Minds School on Commodore Plaza one morning, he parked the car and ran in for a second. On the way, he greeted three police officers who greeted him back, on his way out, he found a ticket on his car for parking in a "no parking zone," when he asked the three cops why they greeted him so warmly yet neglected to mention the no parking zone, they said that wasn't their job. Sort of the like the MPA readers who wait out people and then pounce.

Reminds me of the time that Harry walked into the middle of the street to ask the police officer why he was giving tickets, and in return,
Harry was given a ticket for obstructing justice or something and all he did was ask a question.

In a store one day people were talking about the one cop on Commodore who is giving tickets to everyone in site, the whole store chimed in calling him a "nasty cop." Meanwhile a friend had her car stolen right from her driveway, midday in the North Grove this week.
