An evening of jazz classics

You know them and love them from the Mayfair Antique Market and now John Reubens and Niki Simon-Blacker are going back to their roots for a night at Calamari for the Rhythm and Wine Series.

On Friday, June 25, John and Niki will be performing an evening of jazz classics. Niki has the distinction of being the youngest pianist to play at Carnegie Hall and John has the voice of distinction. Together they make the kind of music that makes you yearn for the glamour days of jazz and cocktails and now here it is on Friday night, with Gershwin and Kern (and Cole Porter and Irving Berlin and more).

There are two shows, one at 8 pm and one at 10 pm. Seating is limited. Cost is $30 per person, which includes wine and an a la carte dinner menu is available. Admission is free for La Cava Club Members.

Please call to reserve now: 305-444-3493.

Calamari is part of the Grove Garden Trilogy with The Taurus and La Bottega at 3540 Main Higway.
