This Thursday, July 1, and every first Thursday, The Grove Spot holds the Pro Am Jam. This is where musicians stop by and play covers and originals and just jam with each other all night. It's all impromptu, it's all organic.
They provide the drums, bass, etc. you just need to provide the talent. It's an open mic night that has taken off and is starting to become a Grove signature event.
Stop in, play, sing or just listen, have a drink or two, try The Grove Spot's new burger (new recipe), just added to the menu, and start your holiday weekend the Am Jam way. Showtime is 8 pm, pre-registration is at 7 pm. The Grove Spot is at 3224 Virginia Street.
