Summer seminars and mini-camp offered at A&M

The Academy of Arts and Minds (A&M), on Commodore Plaza, is offering a large array of weekly summer camps and seminars open to all high school students from both private and public schools around the Miami area. On July 12 a "Money and Business Seminar" kicks off. Kamal James, A&M math instructor will show students what the global economy is about and where they fit in.

English Department Chair Nathalie Milian's "College Planning Seminar" may be of interest to those overwhelmed by the college application process. This seminar starts July 26. There is also a "Get Rich Reading" workshop and an "SAT Prep" seminar and also "High School 101 -- on the Plaza."
