The local Census manager is requesting that everyone turn in their census forms.
Several attempts have been made to reach those who have not turned in the forms at many exclusive locations such as condos and gated communities in Coconut Grove. So that the city is not short changed when it comes to doling out tax money, the incomplete counts need to be addressed.
$1200 to $2000 per person is lost for each individual who is not counted. It's important to get the census form in, you may remain anonymous, but everyone should be counted in order to get the correct counts which then will turn into correct funding for municipal projects like schools, hospitals and more.
