Coconut Grove is the place to be for Halloween

halloween
Halloween in Coconut Grove is always the place to be and like every year, this year will be a lot of fun. Coconut Grove Halloween brings so many people out to the Center Grove and this year it will be a bit more fun with more going on. Bars and restaurants in the village will be having specials and the street closures will be a little bit larger to accommodate the crowds.

CocoWalk will be having a Halloween day for the kids on October 31 from 1 to 5 pm. Join their Halloween party for safe trick or treating. There will be live entertainment, face painting, a balloon artist and a costume contest.

One favorite event that is held in the North Grove, at Vizcaya to be exact, is put on by the Vizcayns and that is their annual Halloween Sundowner ball, which is Saturday, October 29 this year.

The first class charity event (to raise money for the upkeep of Vizcaya and the gardens) is from 8 pm to midnight. General admission is $150 per person.

It's a Halloween event, so costume attire, masquerade, satire and fancy dress are de rigueur.
Included in the price of the ticket is a free bar with premium liquors, two DJ's around the dance floor, There's a costume competition. Food is for sale around the grounds.
