Adventure Sports Miami is holding a ladies only Kiteboarding clinic. Certified instructors will be covering the basics of the sport plus offering complete kite lesson packages at a discount price.
They are pairing this event with a wine/cheese tasting. I know a friend who is perfect for this, it's right up her alley, the only thing missing is men! Anyway, the cost is $15 per person. This one of a kind event is Thursday, October 27 at 7 pm.
They're hoping you'll get hooked in the sport and at the end of the night everyone will receive a special code for a discounted Kite Lesson Package and they are going to raffle a free kite lesson that night.
Introduction to Kiteboarding- we will cover the following skills :
Site Selection- How to determine if your beach is the right location for kiting. Which parks and beaches are allowed for kiting in your area.
Gear Selection

2. How to choose the proper size Kite, board and harness
Gear Set up - learning the kite components, part terminology and how to rig a kite.
