The Fresh Market (2640 S. Bayshore Drive) is holding it's annual “Hope Floats” Sidewalk Sale to benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). At left are Valeria and Jimmy and at right, Hunter and Judy.
As usual, Root beer floats, ice cream sundaes, hot dogs so much more is for sale. Sugar-free root beer floats and sundaes are available, too. All proceeds from the three-day sale will go directly to JDRF. You may also donate right at the store entrance if you don't feel like eating or drinking.
Root beer floats and sundaes are $2.00, burgers are $4.00, hot dogs are $2.00 and there are cookies and snow cones and popcorn and cotton candy and more. Look for face painting by Oranga the Clown, right in the center of the store.
It's all weekend from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.
