Dr. Caleb A. Davis (right), president and CEO of Coconut Grove’s Helen B. Bentley Family Health Center, Inc. (HBBFHC), accepts an official proclamation from Miami-Dade County Commissioner Xavier L. Suarez (District 7) honoring the Center for its celebration of National Health Center Week taking place August 8-13.
HBBFHC is a not-for profit organization and Federally Qualified Health Center that is governed by a Board of Directors. The center has a long history of removing barriers to health care and providing comprehensive, high quality and cost-efficient health care to the underserved and uninsured residents of Coconut Grove, South Miami, Coral Gables and Miami-Dade County. HBBFHC is a Joint Commission Accredited Health Center and is the primary medical home for thousands of patients, serving as a dependable long-term solution to the growing shortage of affordable health care.
