Jaguar and Peacock Garden part of Miami Spice

Now in it's 10th year, Miami Spice is running through September 30, 2011.

It appears as if two Coconut Grove restaurants are participating. Three course meals are offered for $35 (for dinner only, they are not part of the lunch offer) as part of the Miami Spice program.

Jaguar Ceviche Spoon & Latam Grill (3067 Grand Avenue) is serving up something more than the standard three courses. The restaurant offers a nightly four-course dinner menu with a cocktail to start. Begin with Black Market Ceviche (shrimp, calamari, corvine, aji amarillo sauce), Mambo-Mango Salad with Crab Cake (mixed greens, mango, peppers, avocado, red onion, mint-jalapeno-lime vinaigrette), Cowboy Steak (bone-in rib eye, rice, beans, pico de gallo salsa), Palomas de Cajeta (crepe filled with walnuts, bananas, and peach flavored mascarpone, vanilla ice cream and dulce de leche) and a Pisco Sour Cocktail. Peacock Garden Café (2889 McFarlane Road) is delivering a nightly four-course, garden-inspired dinner menu. Start with a complimentary glass of Prosecco and enjoy Gravlax Tartine (olive bread, topped with goat cheese, gravlax, tomato, capers, red onion), Soup of the Day, Pear and Blue Cheese Salad (mixed greens, dried cherries, walnuts), Grilled Center Cut Filet Mignon (mushrooms, mashed potatoes) and a Chocolate Brownie. The Miami Spice menu is available every evening for dinner. For more information, please call 305.774.3332 or visit www.peacockspot.com.
