Four parking spots were blocked off on Grand Avenue on Saturday and then a tea truck showed up. We wondered if food trucks were going to appear and sell right there in the center of town, but it was just Snapple handing out free samples to the passersby.
But this begs the question -- why can they hand out free Snapple from a truck, yet not sell it? Interesting concept. It's almost as if the food trucks can then come in and give away the food for tips!
