What's with the City of Miami workers who park at meters and don't pay?
On Friday, a couple of city cars, one an SUV, parked across from The Loggerhead (Flanagan's) and the city workers, a bunch of ladies, got out and went to lunch. Did the city also pay for their lunches? This happens on a daily basis.
So much for crooked severance payments, hiring freezes and shortfalls. If you or I were five mintues late getting back to the meter, we would have a big fat parking ticket, but not the city workers.
