Saturday, August 14, is movie night at Zen Village, for a $10 donation, stop in and see "Journey into Buddhism; Vajra Sky Over Tibet."Show time is 7 pm. The acclaimed documentary was filmed entirely in Tibet. It has received the blessings and endorsement of His Holiness, the Dalai Lama.
Director John Bush takes viewers on a pilgrimage into the breathtaking vastness of the Himalayan terrain, giving unprecedented access to legendary and sacred sites. The film is narrated by Tenzin L Choegyal, nephew of The Dalai Lama, acclaimed singer Dadon, and filmmaker John Bush. Vajra Sky's evocative soundtrack features some of Tibet's greatest musicians and singers, monastic chanting, and original Harmonic Chant score by film composer David Hykes.
