Last week, Nathalie Milian, teacher at the Arts & Minda Academy, took students on a history tour around Coconut Grove as part of a five day summer camp. They visited the Woman's Club, Peacock Park and the library, the favorite spot was The Barnacle Historic State Park. The students learned about Commodore Ralph Munroe from park Ranger Alexander Stauber and AmeriCorps volunteer member Juan Carlos Gracia.
