Two-day Music Camp offered at Arts and Minds

The Academy of Arts & Minds Charter High School welcomes a new music director Sam Lussier, Ph.D. who is offering a Summer Music Camp on August 13 and 14 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The music camp faculty will include master teachers Dr. Jamie Ousley (bass and cello), Dr. Frederico Bonocosa (guitar), Mr. John Kricker (low brass), Mr. Brandon Cruz (percussion), Mr. David Fernandez (saxophone and jazz improvision), Mr. Michael Klotz (violin and viola), Mr. Tom Moore (violin) and Mr. Gary Gottfried (oboe, English horn and flute).

The two-day intensive musical and educational experience is open to all senior high band/orchestra students throughout the Greater Miami Area and offers more than ten hours of personalized instruction for all band and orchestra instruments as well as guitar. Instrumental ensembles include: Symphony Orchestra, String Orchestra, Concert Band, Percussion Ensemble and Jazz Ensemble.
