Or I could just learn to cook . . .

It was dinner time, I was in the mood for Indian food, but I didn't feel like running out. I was dying for Bombay Darbar. I kept thinking of my favorites like the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Naan bread and the onion chutney and vegetable Samosa, but they don't deliver. And this is where we have a void to fill in Coconut Grove -- we need a food delivery service.

They have something on South Beach like this. They deliver from a bunch of restaurants and they tack on a delivery charge in order to make money. That and tips seems to keep them going.

Imagine if you could call one number and order from any restaurant in Coconut Grove. You want George's or Lulu's or Bombay Darbar? Well, you would call the number, place the order and the delivery service would bring you your order.

The Grove is great for this since it's compact and the delivery service could even deliver on bikes with these type things, shown at left, that they use in Austin, TX.

We need this service. And a Chinese take-out place. We have Indian food and Thai food and American and French and Italian. We need Chinese to add to the mix. And we need the delivery service.

Someone with a bike and the entrepreneurial spirit could start this service and deliver lunch and dinner, they don't even have to print menus, they can post them online, we'll link people to the menus. Anyone? Anyone?
