It's bad enough that the landlord on one side of Grand Avenue would rather see his properties sit empty rather than rented, but now he has huge signs decorating the empty storefronts advertising "A Smarter Way to Shop On Line," which give the MasterCard website for their online shopping mall. What genius thought this up? Why send people on line to shop when they can shop in the Center Grove?
