Blu Moon Studio (3444 Main Highway) is offering a Mandala Experience Workshop on August 1. It's an all-inclusive full day workshop. A vegetarian lunch with puja ceremony to nurture your body is included. Also, not to be missed is a Chakra healing session performed with the accompaniment of a Didgeridoo.No drawing experience is necessary. You'll work with colored pencils on an art board in an effortless and meditative way to create expressions from your soul. The theme is "healing our bodies, minds and planet." All materials will be provided. Cost is $250.00 for the one day workshop.
On Saturday, August 7, there will be an exhibit of the Mandalas created in the class, along with the Mandalas of instructor Sheri Friedman and Peter Barreda.
On July 25, there is a Beading Class from noon to 6 pm. Learn how to make beautiful beaded flowers. Cost is $69.00.
