This is why the taxis need to be dealt with

Here are a couple of photos of the accident we talked about between Michelle Niemeyer's car on and the backward speeding taxi on Virginia Street. The taxi was going so fast, backwards, that it broke the lock plate out of the frame of her car.

The taxis treat Virginia Street from Oak to Grand as their own little parking lot, where they feel they can do what they want -- park anywhere, park anyway, speed and call people names when they ask them to move out of metered parking spots so that paying customers can use them. I think it's about time to get rid of the taxi's on Virginia and I think the Mayfair needs to get involved, since they are the reason the taxis are there.
