Neighbors are not happy with the patchwork wall

Neighbors in the South Grove have been complaining about the patchwork wall near Main Highway and Douglas. This is how the graffiti is handled. Rather than match the paint or even paint the whole wall, random colors are painted on as swatches. The guard rail is broken, too.

Maybe we need some guerrilla tactics. I have been reading about guerrilla gardening, where people show up in the middle of the night, plant or clean a garden and leave. The next morning, people wake up to a brand new flower garden, like magic.

Maybe some neighbors can do this since the city won't fix it. I know of a guerrilla project coming up next week, regarding another issue. It's a secret, but I'll reveal it after the fact.
