Village Council Member Gary Hecht brought up traffic issues on Tigertail at the last Village Council meeting.
Ransom Everglades' traffic was the major issue. Since they moved their entrance from Emathla Street to Tigertail, neighbors have freaked out at the sudden slow down of traffic movement at certain times.
Police Commander Martin spoke on the issue of speeders and people driving erratically, trying to get through the blocked traffic caused by Ransom. The police have been out monitoring traffic and giving tickets to those crazy drivers.
According to the school, the wait time is 15 minutes, so if you can avoid the area, do so when school lets out if it bugs you to wait the 15 minutes. Ransom has also staggered times for their after school activities, so that there is no traffic at all (the soccer team leaves one time, the band another time and so on).
