City of Miami Commissioner Tomás Regalado will be addressing neighbors of the Coconut Grove Park Homeowners Association (CGPHA) on Wednesday, April 8, beginning at 7:00 pm at the Coconut Grove Sailing Club (2990 S. Bayshore Drive).
Commissioner Regalado is no stranger to issues affecting the Grove, including the promotion of “green” development and publicly opposing the opening of the Home Depot in the Grove, the Mercy condo project and the Grove Harbour Marina office building. He recently voted against using taxpayer's money to bail out of the Florida Marlins.
