The Mayfair Hotel (3000 Florida Avenue) is offering Rooftop "Flow-rise" Yoga, Saturdays and Sundays at 8:30 am up at the rooftop by their pool. Students will be guided through a Vinyasa Yoga Flow class which begins with a series of Sun Salutations where the breath is synchronized fluidly with each movement and posture.
Please check for class at the spa which is located on the 2nd floor. An access key to the rooftop will then be provided. Classes are $15.00. For more info, please call 305-779-5135.
