Fall Boot Camp classes starting tonight

For the last two years SET has operated a unique boot camp program combining "military" and mainstream fitness programming. Using feedback from clients, they have slightly modified their style of programming. Moving forward, they will still have a very diverse workout that will challenge you and produce great results.

But the major change is that they will be moving away from some of the "military" style programming and place a greater emphasis on endurance and conditioning, so this may be more inviting to more people now. Andy Clark will be teaching the classes full-time. He believes this will allow for a more consistent class flow, increased progression, and enhanced results for participants.

Beginning tonight, Tuesday September 14, classes will be held on the following days and times:
Tuesday nights from 6:45 pm to 7:30 pm and Thursday nights from 6:45 pm to 7:30 pm.

Classes will continue to be held at Kennedy Park in the Grove. Anyone who signs up for classes by September 30 will also have access to a third workout on Wednesday nights from 6:45 pm to 7:30 pm for free as long as you are a member. That means you would have classes three days per week.

The cost for the program will continue to be $99/month. Of course you are more than welcome to try a class for free before committing to anything. Classes are open to all fitness levels. If you wish to sign up or would like more info please email Andy
