The Arts & Business Council of Miami awarded Monty Trainer the Arts Hero Award at the Serving the Arts Luncheon last week. Monty was awarded for his dedication in assuring that everybody has access to quality arts programs in South Florida. Monty produces the annual Coconut Grove Arts Festival and is also president of the Coconut Grove Art & Historical Association and oversees the Coconut Grove Arts Festival Gallery at the Shoppes of Mayfair.
