Looks like Eva N. Ravelo, the "Eat sh-- and die" principal at Coconut Grove Elementary had a method to her madness.
Coconut Grove Elementary is the number one school in our region with the greatest FCAT gains in 3rd grade for reading and math. All of their hard work and after school and summer tutoring programs are working.
Of course the English and Math teachers and tutors get most of the credit.
