All-Grove Crime Watch meets Wednesday

From the All-Grove Crime Watch email:
The next All-Grove Crime Watch meeting will be held Wednesday, September 11 at 7 pm at St. Stephen's Church in the Great Room located at the rear of the church grounds. (2750 McFarlane Road).

Meet with Grove residents, Commander Morales and other Grove District police, State Attorney Representatives and others to discuss recent crimes and how best to prevent future crime.

In addition Representative Jose' Javier Rodriguez of District 112 is scheduled to attend.

Parking is free in the surface lot next to the church grounds. Let the parking attendant know you are there for the crime watch meeting.  Enter St Stephen's campus through the iron gate next to the All-Grove Crime Watch Banner, follow the sidewalk to the end and turn left through the double glass doors.

Also, everyone is urged to attend the City of Miami Budget Hearing Thursday, September 12 at 5:05 at City Hall to let Commissioners know we need to hire more police. Please encourage neighbors to attend also. A large turnout -- like the turnout September 5 -- will send a strong message to our Commissioners that citizens want and need Commissioners to budget funds to hire more police.
