PBS's "Check Please!" Tasting Tour coming to Grove

You've probably seen "Check Please!" the PBS restaurant tasting show, hosted by Executive Chef Michelle Bernstein. Well, they have a Tasting Tour and the next tour is Tuesday, May 14 right here in Coconut Grove.

Four Grove restaurants will be visited for the fourth edition of the tour. A private bus will take people to the Grove and around the Grove where you'll sample food and drinks.

Tickets are $125 per person. There are two tours, one at 5 pm and one at 5:30. The bus leaves Whole Foods in South Miami and brings people to the Grove, but I assume if you're in the Grove you can just meet up with the group here.

The featured restaurants are El Carajo International Tapas & Wine, Berries in the Grove, Le Bouchon du Grove, and Happy Wine the Grove, with a special appetizer by host Michelle Bernstein's Miami restaurant, Michy's.  In addition, Whole Foods will host the tour and will be providing desserts/coffee at the end of the evening.
