I was reading in the New Times about Free Art Fridays. Every week, artists leave their own creations somewhere around the city for people to find and keep.
It reminded me of an article I wrote for the Webcomic Alliance, about an artist named AndHeDrew (Andrew Miller), whose goal it is to give away 1000 pieces of art randomly.
I have friend in New York who keeps finding art on the streets, he is finding very valueable art, I am wondering if it's part of this Free Art Fridays movement or it's just thrown out art.
Anyway, today is Friday, so have at it! But remember, it has to be out in the street, you can't grab something from a gallery wall and walk out with it. If only. . .
