Just a reminder that the Rotary's Coconut Grove Treasure Hunt is tomorrow, Saturday, April 6.
It starts at the Sandbar and you can win lots of prizes in the fun hunt which covers the Center Grove.
Sign up now at www.CoconutGrove.Rotary-Clubs.org for $20 a person or you can sign up a the door for $25 per person.
There are lots of ways to win. You will explore the Grove for great treasures. Win a prize for having the best pirate costume, solove Grove trivia puzzles and complete fun and crazy games. Win prizes worth thousands of dollars.
The kick-off party and sign up is at the Sandbar Sports Grill (3064 Grand Avenue). Event registration is from noon to 1 pm to get your Treasure Map and kit. Many will show up at 11 am for breakfast specials first.
Then you and your fellow pirates will go to a dozen interesting locations between 1 pm and 4 pm which include local restaurants and landmarks. You'll play games along the way and collect valuable raffle tickets and treasure.
Make it back to the Sandbar for the "Grab Some More Booty" Party at 4 pm. Grub 'n Grog specials include happy hour pricing and super specials for appetizers and the big drawing for dozens of great prizes.
