Inaugural Get Crackin' Brunch at Joe's

Feeding South Florida, the largest food bank in the state, will host its inaugural “Get Crackin’” private brunch that's open to the public, Sunday, April 21.

The event will support the organization’s mission while honoring some of its most vehement supporters: honoree and local celebrity chef Allen Susser, Media Hero honoree The Miami Herald and El Nuevo Herald; and Corporate Citizenship honoree Southern Wine & Spirits.

Get Crackin” will kick off with a reception beginning at 11 am, followed by brunch from noon to 2 pm. Joe's famous main course selections, stone crab claws, salmon, steak and chicken, and Joe’s signature sides - coleslaw, spinach and hash browns - will be accompanied by Mimosas, Champagne, and red and white wines.

The event chair and Feeding South Florida Board chair is Diana Brooks. Event sponsorships range from $1,500 to $20,000, and individual tickets are $150.
