Two new fitness classes starting for Spring

If you are tired of the gym or would like to take your fitness to the next level take a look at these two options for you this spring.

First there is a Free 5K Group Running Program.

This six week program is for the Twilight 5K Run. It is from April 25 - June 5.The purpose of this program is to have fun, provide a little extra motivation and accountability, and help you accomplish something significant. The goal is to remain injury-free and increase your fitness in order to run the best race possible. The 6-week program will consist primarily of different running workouts along with strength training.

The next program is the Endurance Boot Camp Spring Special. Join now for only $69.00 per month.

Endurance Boot Camp is an outdoor action packed class. You will perform a wide variety of exercises and movements all designed to get you in kickass condition. This program is great for someone who just wants to get in better shape or an athlete looking to improve core skills. Boot Camp is open to all fitness levels as well as shapes and sizes of people. Results are will not only be measured and documented but also guaranteed.
