The GablesStage is presenting a hilarious evening of entertainment at Ransom Everglades (3575 Main Highway) on Saturday, November 13.Pulitzer Prize winning journalist Dave Barry (left) will be featured. A cocktail reception starts at 7 pm, then at 8 pm, Dave and other celebrated personalities will read from their works, followed by dessert and coffee.The inaugural Outstanding Commitment to the Arts Award will be presented to Katy Sorenson for her 16 years of dedicated service as a Miami-Dade Commissioner.
