I am beyond sad at the closing of the Windisch Hunt Art Gallery - your comments were right on point. It was one of the bright spots of the Village. I am sick over this. The location was perfect for tourists and visitors and always a stopping point for residents. You always felt welcome there. AnnaMaria and Fred were always there to chat and let you know what was going on or the next event they were planning. They opened their doors to all events. I cannot think of another location that would even come close to being what this was to the Grove. It was perfect and it will be sorely missed. It's kind of like that sinking feeling we all felt when the old Taurus closed. Even though they have made an attempt to duplicate it, it will never be the same - it lacks the true ambience and Grove flavor of the original Taurus. This is a very sad time for residents and artists.
