Alleged police beating on Halloween night

Here is the YouTube video of the cop in Coconut Grove on Halloween night, allegedly beating a man on the street. I was actually called in the middle of the night by friends telling me of this, but I thought it was an exaggeration. Guess not.

Mayor Tomas Regalado has asked for an investigation. Police Internal Affairs says they are doing that. CBS4 uncovered the video and has been reporting on it for a couple of days now.
