CocoWalk celebrating 20th Anniversary

CocoWalk will turn 20 on November 20. When CocoWalk first opened in 1990, AMC movie theater was the first and only anchor and then during phase two, which was completed in 1994, eight more screens were added, turning it into AMC 16.

In 2002, phase three was completed and a four story office building opened. The entire first floor was then taken over by The Gap, which is still there.

In 2007, the third owner, PMAT, took over and invested $10 million in renovations. To celebrate their anniversary, Saturday November 20 will have lots of live entertainment and activities starting at 10 am. It will continue into the evening, closing with a Holiday Preview Fashion Show in the courtyard at 8 pm.
