Uncork and Unwind at the Ritz-Carlton

Bizcaya's Executive Chef Philippe Pinon and Sommelier Jeffrey Galloway take guests on world journeys through their Uncork and Unwind program at the Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove (3000 SW 27 Avenue).

A five-course gourmet meal is paired with Italian wines this month. The interactive dinner is $75.00 per person, which includes a wine reception in the Lobby Lounge, valet parking and of course dinner is included in the price.

You'll be engaged in the cooking with a demonstration from behind the scenes. Guests can view the chef preparing their Tuscan influenced meal from a flat screen tv in the restaurant.


Uncork and Unwind is Saturday, January 23, at 7:00 pm.
