Christina Alexander will be performing at the Arts and Minds Center on Sunday, January 24 at 3 pm, in the Abanico Theater (3138 Commodore Plaza). Proceeds from the concert will benefit the school's music program.
General admission is $5.00. Front row benefactor tickets are $25.00. Tickets may be purchased at the door.
Christina will be accompanied by Shawn Sutta, Joey Lopez, Jesse Royer, Richy Jackson and Gavin Knight. Other performers will include A&M students.Christina has an extensive background in performance and education. She is a longtime member of the M Ensemble Theater Company and has been cast as Mahalia Jackson in the Gospel musical Mahalia.
Currently, Christina is the Director of Vocal Music Programs at the Academy of Arts and Minds Charter High School. She has been a featured performer in various theatrical and vocal performances in the United States and around the world (places such as Thailand, Dubai, Switzerland, Kuwait, and others). Singing is her vocation, but it is also her passion.
