Where where you during that quick hail storm we had today in the Grove? I've never seen hail before, this was the first time! I saw photos that people shared all over Facebook, but this is quite crazy. Luis Landaeta, from Wine, Etc. sent me this photo from Commodore Plaza. Looks like a bunch of chairs and chaise lounges went flying!
It was over just as quick as it started; all that wind, rain and hail and then it was calm and sunny. Crazy South Florida weather. Andres Lemos from the Grove Chamber, sent me this photo of Virginia Street. Guess this is one tree that the City won't have to destroy for the streetscape project. Mother Nature did it for them.
