Going All American for June's Wine Flight Dinner

El Carajo has a few twists on favorite American summer foods this month for their Wine Flight Dinner. Just in time to pick Wines for 4th of July, they're featuring All American wines like Chateau Montelena (the legendary American Winemakers who won the Judgment of Paris in 1976) and Zinfandel, America’s native grape.

The dinner is Wednesday, June 27 from 6 to 8 pm

This casual yet elegant dinner includes several off the menu courses paired with wines to enhance their flavors. Be seated and start eating at your own table, and at your leisure, during the two hour seating window. Wine educator Barry Alberts will be floating around the dining room discussing and answering questions about the night’s wines.
