We have our Thriller Night contest winner

The winner of the Thriller Halloween contest is Sandra Speier-Roche. The location of the tickets was the Allure Salon at 3405 Main Highway, that is owner Pablo Hernandez handing Sandi the tickets this afternoon.

Sandi figured out the location with the two clues posted yesterday and today.

Yesterday's clue was: "You'll have a hair raising Halloween at this main place."

"Hair" refers to Allure Salon and "Main place" refers to Main Highway, where Allure is located.

Today's clue was: "If you want a peace sign or 1960s costume for Halloween, visit the store next to the place where the tickets are."

The "peace sign" and "1960s costume" refers to the Tye Dye store next door to Allure.

One funny note: People assumed the 1960s costume part referred to the This 'N That Shop on Commodore Plaza and we hear that George's in the Grove got about 30 phone calls today, by

people calling in, rather than showing up for the prize. But of course it wasn't at George's, it was at Allure.

By the way: Allure is going to be on Bravo's "Tabatha's Salon Takeover" show on November 10. They filmed one week in March and then came back a few more times. I was sworn to secrecy, but now it's allowed to be promoted. We'll remind you about it again as the night of the episode draws near.
