We could use this around here

I hate when this happens. you know, you come up with an idea, do nothing about it and then it's a reality. Well almost, in this case it's the BikeSpike. A device that is trying to get funding on Kickstarter.

It's an app that tracks your bicycle. So if your bike is stolen or you are too drunk to remember where you parked it, the app will tell you! It alerts you if your bike is even touched and if you're in an accident, it calls 911. It's all in the start up phase now, as the Kickstarter has a long way to go.

My friend thought up an idea like this, but did nothing about it, now the BikeSpike people beat him to it.

My ideas? I can't remember all of them, but one of them was an app to program your VCR from your cell phone (not tivo, this was way before tivo). But I thought of it but did nothing with it.
