Rembrandt for sale!

Max in the Grove Gallery (2996 McFarlane Road) has exciting news. On loan from Dublin Gallery in Amsterdam is a Rembrandt etching hundreds of years old in a frame 180 years old with full documentation.

Its a very rare chance for an art lover to be able to buy a classic piece of history by a grand masterpiece painter. It's dated 1636 and is a portrait of "Manoel Dias Soeiro (1604 – November 20, 1657), better known by his Hebrew name Menasseh Ben Israel (also, Menasheh ben Yossef ben Yisrael, also known with the Hebrew acronym, MB"Y), was a Portuguese rabbi, kabbalist, scholar, writer, diplomat,printer and publisher, founder of the first Hebrew printing press (named Emeth Meerets Titsma`h) in Amsterdam in 1626."
