Window dressing on empty storefronts

Here are two empty storefronts, which do you prefer the images of sailboat bay as window dressing or the plain white paper that says, "no one is here?" Of course the choice is obvious. It might be a good idea for the empty storefronts (there are too many in the Grove), to make the windows a bit more pleasant with the images rather than plain paper, or even worse, newspaper up and down the windows.
