The new City Manager, Carlos Migoya, a former long time banker, will work pro bono. He is not asking for a car or any other perks. He only wants to help the city."He has the capability of bringing the common sense approach," said Mayor Tomas Regalado.
This is an interim position. He will stay as long as needed.
