After the Festival on Sunday, February, 14, come back for a Special Edition Wine Tasting at La Bottega with guest host, Bob Lipinski from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.
Bob Lipinski is Dean of U.S. and International Studies, at Epicurean Institute Perugia, Italy and New York City, NY. Mr. Bob Lipinski, is a Certified Sommelier, wine educator, enologist and viticulturist who has conducted seminars worldwide, taught the Executive Staff at the White House “How To Pair Wine with Food,” “Proper Wine Service,” and “Sensory Evaluation Skills.” He is the author of four books, The International Beverage Dictionary, Professional Beverage Management, The Complete Beverage Dictionary, and Professional Guide to Alcoholic Beverages.
