We're always calling the Mayfair outdoor areas the Promenade or Atrium, during Mad Hatter and the Green Market and other events, we try to use those terms.
Yesterday, I heard a guy on his cell phone talking to another friend, explaining to him where to meet him. He said, "Meet me in the alley at Mayfair, by The Improv."
I had to laugh, "the alley," not as glamorous as the Promenade at Mayfair, but it served the purpose, his friend found him.
