Wine educator Barry Alberts is holding two wine tasting events this week in the Grove.
It's Thirsty Thursdays at Jaguar (3067 Grand Avenue) tonight, February 18, which for the fee of $20.00, includes three drinks (wine, beer or mixed drinks), ceviche spoons and various skewer hors d'oeuvres. This is from 6 to 9 pm. For info: 305-444-0216.
Then tomorrow, February 19, it's the Friday Night Wine Tasting Series at the Mayfair Hotel and Spa (3000 Grand Avenue) from 7 to 9:30 pm. Enjoy reserve wines of Chile and Argentina with Barry as your tasting guide. The cost is $15.00. For info: 305-793-3120.
