Special showing and sale of Leonard King's works

Leonard King, well known Coconut Grove artist, who passed away last October, will be honored Saturday, August 17, from 4 to 9 pm at his warehouse in the Bird Road Art District.

Leonard was in the process of opening this new space to the public. With the help of family and friends, his artwork has all been assembled and the warehouse will open for this one-night-only celebration. Refreshments will be served, and guests will have the opportunity to purchase a Leonard King original piece of kinetic art. All proceeds will go to Leonard’s cousin, Carole Wilchins.

The gallery is right in the arts district which is off the Palmetto and Bird Road, most of the galleries are off 74 and 75 Avenue, south of Bird.
